    Item was not gold coloured like the photo. It was dull silver. It also didn't work, as the lip that protrudes was too far out, so it wouldn't actually grip a bottle lid. So it was useless. Contacted seller but had no reply. Left it several weeks before leaving feedback. Took a while to arrive too.

    It doesn't look gold from the photo, nor did we mention it in the description. Several times pictures can't reflect the exact color; hence, we always request customers to please read the description first before placing the order. Thanks Bob
