  Ordered April 23. Heard nothing until I asked on May 2—then suddenly marked “shipped” on May 4 with no tracking and claimed “lost in transit.” I agreed to a replacement, but they ignored me. Only after I said I’d open a case did they respond on May 8 with a refund. Feels like a bait-and-delay strategy, not a real business. Other reviews show a pattern. Avoid this seller.

  recieved item on time but packaging was damaged and item wrong colour ,contacted supplier got automated response to say they will be in touch but still no response from supplier yet, item looked like it was a returned item and just sent it back out for delivery
