Shipped quickly and arrived in decent condition via UPS. Well packaged and padded, but still it arrived with one broken tube as can sometimes happen. Good seller communications, the broken tube was sent out quickly once identified. Easy to fix yourself if you're vaguely handy. The Neon light is great, packaged very well. It took a little awhile to ship out to me guess it takes them awhile to package, but when it did ship, it got here over night. A few days earlier actually. Both times I contacted seller with concerns they responded within 24hrs. I waited maybe a total of three and a half weeks. For the price and quality it was worth the wait. If I buy any more neon lights, I'll consider this seller again!
