  We ordered UV printer ink, but the black ink didn’t print. Upon inspection, we discovered that all the black ink had turned into a gel-like substance. When we reached out to the seller, they responded with a generic explanation of UV printing, completely ignoring the actual issue. Conclusion: Poor product quality and unhelpful customer service. I won’t be doing business with this supplier again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

  Their estimated times are lies. I made them aware of the problem on my second order attempt, so they wouldn't be incompetent and send it through the same carrier. Of course, they ignored this message and sent it through the same carrier. Which is now delayed again. This is just a fraudulent listing, you'll never receive your items. This was my second attempt with them, and their support is absolutely horrible, lazy, and just brush you off. I had given them all the info to make it an easy order.
