  I was hesitating to give a positive or neutral as perhaps I'm just being petty, the item is fine (although it was labeled as a uv light but it's def no). However their listing says it is sent royal mail, but was sent by Yodel which is really inconvenient for me. I messaged them several times but they couldn't understand what I was saying and tried to refund me. So, in short,the item is fine but they use Yodel and you get what you pay for lol

  this is the second bed i have bought from here. They are really good items at such good value and the customer service is 10 out of 10. I gave it 1 star for the delivery because evri was awful completely nothing to do with the shop, they went above and beyond to help and sorted it fast for me

  Excellent product. Such a shame sellers use useless courier companies who take a bloody week to deliver! If you’d used Royal Mail, I’d have had it in two days!
