    I did not have a good experience with this purchase. The package arrived damaged with ink going everywhere and the courier said he was covered in it. I contacted the seller for a replacement but all they said was that I would have to take photos of the package and send them to them. On receipt they said that I may get a replacement. No guarantee of this so I just threw the package in the bin and it will probably be the first and last time I buy anything from this seller. I was NOT happy!!!

    Ordered 2 colour cartridges and only 1 arrived together with 1 black ink. Company took ages to respond and then told me they had no more colour cartridges in stock. How can a company fail to have more than 1 colour cartridge in stock ? Despite this they still continue to advertise colour cartridges (Strange hey ) More correspondence took place and more delays as they failed to answer. I eventually got half of my money back but then had to source more colour ink at short notice. Very poor !!!
