    The item arrived on time but we did not have time to fit it then .When we opened the package we were horrified to find we had been ripped off. The package contained only 2no filters which we were charged £45.for and we could have bought them in the local garage for £20.Will DEFINITELY NOT buy this type of product from you again

    Item description from the seller clearly shows what's included in the kit It is stated as "Kit Contains: 1 x FL70542 Lube Filter, 1 x FH51407 Hydraulic Filter" Not sure why you are horrified to find only 2 filters?

    Dreadful experience. Incorrect items sent. Items do not fit the vehicle they described in the listing. When I notified them, I was told to look on line and I would probably find the ones a want. No offer of returning the wrong items. No offer offer to send the correct vehicle filter’s. Wast of time and money. Avoid, don’t wast your money

We offer 30 day returns on all our items, we would have been more than happy for a returns case to be opened so that we could have provided a full refund.
