    Great quality garment and very prompt delivery. I bought this for my mother but unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for her. The seller agreed to a partial refund which I thought was reasonable in view of the purchase price and possible postage costs should I need to send it back. I would recommend using this seller.

    Seller sent item not matching picture. Then tried to TRICK ME into closing the return with false promise of refund (common scammer tactic, google it). Then LIED and told eBay they had sent a return label, when they hadn’t. They ignored my messages except when trying to scam me. Contacted eBay and they CLOSED THE CASE IN MY FAVOUR AND FORCED REFUND. Experience so depressing that I will be avoiding eBay for a while. It’s like trying to avoid being mugged. Except with emails.
