The packaging could be a bit better, as there wasn't alot of padding/protection for the phone during transit. Very helpful, great value. Came just as described (like new).     The trough was delivered extremely quickly, and I received updates, which was great and the item itself was as expected. The packaging however was just a flimsy grey plastic bag which was torn and full of holes on arrival. One edge of the trough had been scraped on something and was all scratched. I advised the seller of this, just for information, but the seller has not responded.

    Thanks to the seller for re-sending my order, and the best price found on ebay. The original did not arrive & when i questioned this it was ebay and NOT the seller who said that due to a postal strike in Canada delivery was delayed.     Item was as described in good condition and was a good price. One thing that concerned me was that the packaging was poor and as I’d already broke one of these by dropping it I’m surprised the fall through the letter box didn’t break this one. Postage was free, I would rather pay a couple of quid more to have better packaging specially with such a delicate item.
