While the listing says the tablet is new, there was no OEM box with the order. All of the original components were included, but the original box was missing. Some folks do like to keep them around, particularly if they're going to resell at some point. My tablet has a very minor nick on the front edge. Nothing major, and certainly not something worth returning the tablet over. Well packaged for shipment. Quick delivery. A-.
