    Item ordered Oct 20th. Estimated arrival Nov 1st. On Oct 31st it had still not even shipped. I asked for a refund and was denied by the seller. I messaged the seller and asked about shipping since it was going to be late, they stated it would ship that week. By Nov 8th still no update, tracking, or message with an update. eBay forced the refund for me. Over two weeks with no shipping or update? Unacceptable. I’ve sold plenty here, no reason for that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER.

    The photo arrived on time and in decent shape. There were some minor blemishes so I would recommend placing the photo in a sheet of plastic and adding another piece of cardboard to protect the photo. For the price I can’t complain.

    I contacted the seller as the uten was damp. I paid alot in postage, and on the package it said 7 pound (I paid 15). I kist felt they could have taken more care and used some protection. It was just on cardboard (one side only) and in a paper envelope. I contacted them, they said they charge reasonable postage and that to take it up with the post office. Anyway the product itself was great and my son looooved it.
