  This seller has been brilliant, initially we thought the parcel had been delivered somewhere else but it was soon found by my elderly neighbours in their who intercepted it from the delivery guy thinking they were doing me a favour but they forgot to bring it to me so I reported it lost, the seller was very helpful, item found and it is a great product really great value and I would highly recommend the seller as A1.

  Terrible service, don't use this seller. They tell me the parcel has been lost the day after they sent it via Evri and can't send a replacement because of delivery issues. It seems they try this con many times. I contacted Evri and they say although the parcel has been registered on their system it has never been delivered to them. Ordered an identical item from another seller which arrived next day via Evri!! DO NOT USE you have been warned
