    Seller packed glassware well; however, two glasses arrived broken. When reported, the seller's response was to issue a credit of @$3.50/ (the cost of one (1) broken glass. The buyer had wished that it was $7.00 for a replacement of two vs the observed $3.50 for one. The gift receiver was happy that the entire order was not required to be returned in full.

    I purchased this right before moving and only cut the tape open and saw that it was packaged so well that I just left it in the packaging for the move. Finally got a chance to open it up and I truly couldn't have packaged it better myself. All items were intact and beautiful. Items as described and delivered quickly. Would buy from this seller again. Thank you for the extra TLC on the packaging.
