Computer arrived & well packed & like new. Unfortunately the screen was on an 18 inch stand so looking at the screen my neck hurt due to fractured vertebrae.     The item was same as described and packaging was very good . However i have to return it because i ordered a laptop for first time and i had no idea that 11.6" screen will be very small for me so i didn't use the laptop much but just turned it on and checked it. The return process was very smooth and easy. I have to pay the postage but they deducted it from the voucher value and i received full refund without postage deduction.
