Arrived looking scruffy with marks and scruffs on the storage box and derma roller. Contacted the seller with pictures but was told it is new and there’s no marks when it’s clearly visible. I asked to return and get a full refund - seller replied I could get partial refund of £4 when I paid £20. I said no and just wanted to return for a full refund and asked how I can do this and where to send it to. Seller has not replied now for 4 days! Before this they replied almost every day!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS ITEM ...Arrived very poorly packaged ,,,the needles from the roller were sticking through the plastic envelope ...absolutely NOT fit for purpose...I messaged seller who stated 'It was exactly what I ordered'...Not interested in giving me a return label so they've literally just taken the money off me because the item is useless...must be making a fortune ripping people off in this way ,,,DON'T BE TAKEN IN

I ordered the derma roller with additional hard packaging. The hard packaging was not sent. I made the seller aware who told me they would send the hard packaging. It never arrived. I have asked for a full refund. Very unhappy with the service
