BEWARE FOLKS !Absolutely The Worst Experience !Seller was messaged 3 times to say ,both tubes of hair colour returned unopened in one package the same as Delivery Package. Seller blamed Tracking system and refused Acknowledgement, After yet another week.....Ebay had to refund Twice .....3 phone calls to Customer Support ! Nightmare !🤬

BEWARE - wrong item was sent (patterned black when ordered plain) not my fault in any way- i asked for the correct item and returned the wrong one back to them. They asked to close case as I had sent item. i said i had 2 weeks to close it and i will wait until i have received the replacement item- suddenly the item was refunded. nothing ever arrived even though they said they had sent it. NO REPLY to my emails asking what happened. will not buy from this seller again.
