  Took over a week to ship. Seller said it got delayed due to their system. Communication was spotty at best. Once they shipped it, it arrived quickly and as pictured and described. New as stated.   So this was a weird one. Love the bag. I have another just like it that I've had since 2018 and I love it. So I wanted a spare as the other is starting to break down a bit. I heard nothing from them, since I bought the item, then all of a sudden it showed up. I never got tracking info on it and I was going to message the seller but it arrived before I did. Thank you!
