    Sent me the wrong turbo after checking my reg & VIN twice - by message and by phone before dispatch. It cost £240 for the garage to fit and remove the incorrectly supplied turbo. If dealt with honestly and with respect then ok, but I then spent 6 weeks chasing for a refund that was agreed verbally but never happened. A complete waste of my time - no intention to give this refund from the outset! I have been buying and selling on Ebay for 19 years and have never been treated so appallingly.
