    The listing is misleading. The pens arrived in a broken box not a velvet pouch like the photo. I was asked to enter the text for engraving, then the seller asked me to provide the information that I had already given. This was annoying for me as I ordered 7 pens. There is a small note at the bottom of the listing explaining but I did not notice and I am upset and feel I have been misled. I would not use this seller again.

    This is scammer account, AVOID! Do not buy from him will scam again! He sent cheaper item for full price and didn't even send the item until I forced a reminder, and pretending he does not have the item! Absolutely no communication. Sent broken and wrong item 2 weeks later! Sent a cheaper item and stole money! Misleading advertising WRONG items. Now will expect me to send back item with my postage which is not refunded!
