Good communication, packing terrible, zero effort. A fifty pound radio essentially free floating in a box, no firm Styrofoam, some bubble wrap, and flimsy cardboard. There is NO way it could have arrived undamaged. Very disappointed, was excited to get it. Seller did help with filing a claim with FedEx, got money back, but still out $50ish due to other costs I had to incur that weren't recoverable. Be careful if buying anything heavy or breakable from this seller, otherwise seemed okay.

I don't really know what to say in response to this! The radio was packed properly .. FedEx concurred and paid the insurance claim without comment. Box had obviously been dropped in transit and dented in one corner of the radio. Not sure what this guy expected .. I fully refunded the cost of the radio and the shipping ... and HE KEPT THE RADIO ... Not a clue what he is referring to with the "$50ish due to other costs". Sometimes Stuff Just Happens ... Deal with it and get over it!
