    Wow, these guys at IQ have been awesome, i ordered the wrong balls as my daughter wanted the Pro Cup pool balls. Despite the issue with Royal Mail, I absolutely cannot fault the customer service from IQ. As I'm also self employed, I must say that this customer service is up their with the best and for all our snooker / pool supplies from hereon in, will not used anyone other than this company!!!
