  I asked for large they sent small. They offered to give me 20% of the price back, u said no. They then offered 50% because they had to consider shipping. I told them I had paid for shipping/postage . I asked for a replacement for large, they told me stock had run out. They told me to give it to another dog user. They gave me a address which checks out closed and a freight. If I had known they were Chinese I would NOT have bought. Find a genuine UK site. Ebay. I'm very disappointed.
