    I bought a controller from this seller and it was described as new but it was refurbished and it didn’t work properly so I sent it back and ordered another controller but that one didn’t work either, I sent the second controller back and asked for a refund, I waited for nearly 3 weeks to receive my money back even though he had received the returned controllers within a couple of days
