    I did not get the address right. Seller would not redirect to my granddaughter (same last name). So I paid sales tax (none in her state) and ate that. It was my mistake. Seller would not change the address and redirect to my granddaughter. I paid postage twice. I received the dress and had to take it to the PO in order to send. I have 100% on 2500+ items and while I might have broken a rule I did not get a break. Not happy about this transaction.
