For the honda CB500X there is Two stands, one for the model 2012-2018 with the 17inch front wheel and other for the 2019-2023 with 19 inch front wheel. Make sure you bought the correct stand, by the feedback you bought the 2019-2023 stand for the older motorcycle and off course it will not fit and don´t have a stop because the design it´s very different. We always provide help for buyers and also sent you a message to send you the correct stand wich you didn´t answer.
