Wrong item was sent to me. Description wasn't very clear to me so I sent a message with my order confirming which size of the item I'm looking for. There were two different sizes, but the price was same. Message was ignored. After I received the item I contacted the seller, but they said I received the one I wanted. Further message was ignored.

Hi Please revisit the listing, if you find it difficult to read that these are suitable for make up, stationary or keys, we have an image for each selection on the drop down list. The images clearly show the tower on a Desktop holding felt tips and nail polish next to a 30cm Ruler for size comparison. Furthermore, the description contains the measurements!! Trying to blackmail us with negative feedback will never work well, we are always happy to help with genuine return requests.
