    After receiving the item and assembling it I found that a few major pieces were missing to complete said item. When I got ahold of the seller they were very apologetic and offered a full refund, all done within a four day time span. Although my initial experience with this seller was very negative it turned around completely to a very positive one and would use them again if I wanted something they were selling. Total confidence in them.
