Isabel Ricardo prides themselves in using the finest and the most pure ingredients in all of their Hair care, Skincare and Skin Whitening Products.
All Isabel Ricardo Pty Ltd TM products are free from harmful chemicals such as Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, Fluoride, Propylene Glycol, Coal Tar, just to name a few. NO product is tested on Animals.
Isabella has a background in Applied Science- Biological Science, Natural medicine, Beauty therapy and Anatomy & Physiology. Working closely with Laboratories all our formulas are manufactured in Australia and carry all relevant accreditations such as ISO/GMP our global success is due to our qualified team of formulating and manufacturing specialists coupled with our stringent ISO/GMP procedures that ensure quality and continuity throughout the entire process.

The seller after 8 days still had not posted the product. I had requested a refund email ignored. I had to contact EBay to get the refund. She ordered an Aus Post tracking number but never would post the product. SCAM SCAM . Just Dont. Ebay should remove her as a seller.

I let the buyer know that due to the Christmas & New year there would be a delay it was not our fault Christmas & New year Auspost closures, still the customer received the item as well as a refund. After doing all this they still weren't happy and left me horrible feedback that was very cruel & unfair. We always do our best for our customers so they are content & happy so they will return to our store. We pride ourselves to be the best we can be, and have since 2008 when we first opened.
