  Poorly packaged item arrived smashed into a million pieces. Tried to haggle me for refund, but eventually offered full refund for the item. Unfortunately, would probably not purchase from this seller again in the future.

  This buyer is disgruntled because his package was destroyed by FedEx. He also failed to show how I packaged the item, carefully wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap. Please know I ship all fragile items with bubble wrap and cardboard. The picture here shows only one layer of bubble wrap inside the mirror. When in fact, I shipped this package with many layers of bubble wrap outside the box as well where the label was posted (which is not shown in the deceiving picture).
