I received 1 trimmer head 11 days after ordering. The trimmer head is not compatible for my Stihl FS38 brush cutter so I requested to return for refund. Also I mentioned that I paid for 2 trimmer heads. the seller replied that there must of been a problem in warehouse. Well this seller wanted to first give me a refund of 20%, then 60% and now 80%. This seller is my opinion dishonest.
