  Contacted Seller. Seller does not want to remedy. He suggested I use a cigarette loader machine for tubes. I have one and it works when it wants to and sucks otherwise. I won't be coming back to this vender even if he is a bit cheaper. May as well pay a bit extra for far better satisfaction. Packing was POOR. He wrapped in a manila envelope for shipping which contributed to package being smashed when it arrived. I won't be a return customer. Even if he were the only one left

  The item I purchased was advertised as an open box. Shipping was delayed, had to contact seller numerous times to follow-up. I received a rusted item, soiled box and instructions, a product that was made by Back to Bascis with spare parts. I was purchasing a Williams Sonoma product. The seller stated the product was tested and that I was expecting a new unopened box. eBay was very helpful in getting the item returned at no cost and my money refunded.
