  Items are “used” but there was more damage than was mentioned. Ladder rack had come off, the air handler came off the pallet and I was hoping to get the mirrors that had broken off with it all. Not disappointed but not amazed either. Good communication and speedy delivery. Felt like I got a good deal for what it is.
