This is the third chandelier I have bought from this seller in 5 years. As always, they have arrived extremely well packed with nothing ever breaking. Not many people can ship crystal chandeliers without something breaking!! They also gave me extra parts just in case. Shipping was also super fast!!!!!

My chandelier was delivered to me in the United States and arrived with the whole solid crystal bottom piece smashed beyond recovery and a pile of broken crystal in the bottom of the shopping box from dozens of the small crystals smashing in shipping. Then we discovered the whole inside of the light fixture was rusted out. $500 later, it lights up and is ugly. Seller sent me more mismatched crystals to “repair” it myself, no replacement for the whole bottom part, and refused even partial refund.

He shipped quickly and all good. Note I had previously bought the chandelier from him and I had not heard from him and a week went by so I canceled it and gave him a negative rating. The seller explained to me that he was closed for a holiday and apologized and returned my money so I am trying to remove the negative feedback and change it to neutral, but all went well with this transaction so I am giving it a positive review.
