Well, my 13 year old gave me the money to purchase this dinosaur for his 9 year old brother as a birthday present. When he received it and opened it, it was defective. The joints on the legs were glued together. I contacted the seller to just report the defective item. I didn't ask for anything, not a refund or anything. He blamed my son for breaking the toy and was very condescending to me. I just wanted to give him a courtesy and he was very rude in return. Sellers like this reflect badly on u

I don't deserve this feedback & it's untrue. He sent 3 PMs. He said things like extremely disappointed & manipulated. Item was factory sealed. He sent a screenshot of Amazon, showing $10 less. He's not asking for anything? He wants a refund. Don't let your "son" buy an item for $10 more when it can come Amazon next day (liar). He threatened me. After 8 years of positive feedback, I have to keep this negative due to some managers wanting to punish me although ALL agents said this buyer was wrong.
