Product was exactly as described. It was packaged very thoroughly with lots of bubble wrap and shipped very quickly! The computer had a slight electrical smoke smell on arrival, but it was used computer not refurbished so the smell was understandable. The smell went away quickly after the initial use. The seller sold the computer for a fair price considering it was used. This was a great experience. I would purchase from the seller again.
