    As soon as we received the purchase notification, within just 15 minutes of your order being placed, we took immediate action. We contacted you promptly via eBay messaging to explain that the item you purchased was unfortunately out of stock due to a synchronisation issue with our inventory system. We also offered suitable alternatives and asked how you’d prefer us to proceed. Again, no response to our messages hence the decision to issue a refund.
