    I have Received my laces but unfortunately the item did not match the listing I ordered gold but got sent red instead..,seller tried to haggle with me and only offer a 30% Refund, but I never made the mistake then they came back with another offer of 50% Refund which I Refused, so still more Haggling and in the end finally Received a full Refund after about a week of more bargaining quit annoying considering they made the mistake but dealing with people from Japan can be like this,

    I thought i try this lovely dead skin remover sponge from this seller in China as the original sponges was far too expensive for me being on a pension. Its just exactly the same and so very happy with it, it came well packed and only took a week ago today to arrive so thank you very much.     Case did not fit Mokia 5.3. It was too small. I ticked the wrong box on the return form . I ticked " Did not fit" instead of "Not as described". This meant i had to pay return Postage! That was more than the item was worth. Negotiated 50% refund and keep the case in the end. Case of no use and will go in the bin as does not fit the phone. So much for ebay buyer protection. seller aknowledged there was a n issue but still would not refund in full
