    Phones arrived with a KNOX/MDM lock and was unusable. Seller didn’t mention this in the listing. Then tried to get me to return it outside of eBay and asked me to close the return case, which goes against eBay’s buyer protection. Selling locked phones may be illegal. Reporting to eBay and sharing this to warn others. Avoid unless phone is clearly stated as fully unlocked.
