  My Windows 11 Computer was of good Quality, good value for money and it arrived well packaged and earlier than expected. It was very well cleaned inside and out and the condition was excellent. Communication was very pleasant with a quick and honest response to my Questions. I have been using the Computer for the last few days with no problems whatsoever.   Happy with the purchase. P C is working perfectly so far, albeit after only a couple of days. Took longer to arrive than expected, but this was down to the parcel delivery firm. When considering buying, messaged the seller, who was quick to respond, giving useful advice. The item was in very good condition and well packaged, and if it continues to work as it is now, was good value for money.

  Bought this item on 2nd Mar, no delivery date advised, eventually told us Friday 7th. No other communication from company at all. Item arrived quite battered and torn open, Oh it will be alright they are all packaged inside said driver. He placed the box in my hall putting a parcel on top to photograph, parcel was nothing to do with it but covered the top. I am not able until Sunday to verify content so am attaching photos of item as delivered in case of problems. More later as I am able

  We provide tracking details and when you order you receive a delivery date from eBay so not sure what the issue is. We have no control over DPD they do not work for us and unfortunately sometimes parcels get mishandled but we always sort any issues if there are any. Not sure what the issue is here but please get in touch if any arise. Graham

  Item thankfully very well packed and none were damaged when we were able to get into damaged box,. this is delivery problem not the company who contacted me to see what was the problem. The courier not them. It looks really nice & I am sure I will be fine with it once I remember how to assemble it - nothing like getting old but we survive and this should help us I am sure. Brilliant packing
