  item as described, packed for shipping well and arrived damage free. shipping took 18 days to get to Arizona USA, tracking provided was a joke (I dont blame the seller for this) but i received my package and tracking had it listed still in international processing..lol I would recommend this seller since my overall experience was very good.   Fantastic windscreen, packaged very well. What really stands out is the customer service of this seller! There was a problem with shipping from Italy to the USA. This seller was in constant communication with me and resolved the problem. Random problems will happen from time to time, but what is important is the seller's willingness to make it right.   As described, note item came from Italy to US but had only a slightly slower shipping time. It was packaged and padded perfectly with a box inside a box and the windshield and components foam wrapped multiple times for protection. Definitely would buy from this seller and company again. Highly recommend and product is a higher quality than windshields I recieved in the past from other sources.
