I was looking forward to receiving the one off piece of TV memorabilia to display with my Back to the Future items, as well as doing my bit for the environment by saving items going to the landfill. Unfortunately the item turned up damaged due to poor packaging. The seller then ignored the emails regarding the damage, then ignored the returns request and I had to get eBay to step on.
