Jean's were too small and so I contacted seller to ask to exchange them. I received an immediate reply. They suggested returning them and reordering the correct size. Item is as described with tags. Postage costs reasonable. Don't like to be told to expect delivery on the same day that the item is dispatched (midnight on the first advertised delivery date. Item was then not delivered until the DAY AFTER the last expected date. Perhaps not the sellers fault as everyone blames Royal Mail (Although they keep using Royal Mail) but really I could have walked to the sellers place of business, picked up my purchase and then walked home and still got back before it
