    Ixxios dispatched the item quickly. The price was lower than normal so I expecting it to possibly be a returned item. When I went to assemble it a small clip that secures one of the legs was missing. I contacted Ixxios and he responded promptly, offered a full refund, and apologised. I decided I still wanted the seat and could use a stainless nut and bolt as an alternative to the clip. The sellers communication was excellent and I would, without hesitation, buy from Ixxios again.

    This was sent as a second hand product. It had already been sent to somebody in Fife Scotland, it still had the address details on it. Packaging was awful Value awful Luckily product was OK Will not be using this seller again Shame

    This was a brand new product and was clearly listed as an undelivered or cancelled order with damage to the packaging. I could not have been more clear in the description.
