    Ixxios dispatched the item quickly. The price was lower than normal so I expecting it to possibly be a returned item. When I went to assemble it a small clip that secures one of the legs was missing. I contacted Ixxios and he responded promptly, offered a full refund, and apologised. I decided I still wanted the seat and could use a stainless nut and bolt as an alternative to the clip. The sellers communication was excellent and I would, without hesitation, buy from Ixxios again.
