    Thank you, the item has finally arrived. But with someone's boot print on the envelope and deformed cap on the bottle. Most likely it is damaged by Yodel. Not a seller's fault. Also I bought the item on 23.08. and received only today on the 04.09. A bit too long...

    Package arrived beyond expected delivery date. Tracking provided suggested yodel had taken receipt of the item, and it had been sat with Yodel for five days. Contacted Yodel who said they did not have it yet, as it was an international shipping. Not sure what to believe with that contradicting response. Parcel did arrive but the items outer packaging was damaged, unsure whether this damage was caused prior or during transit

    Perfectly packaged and promptly despatched. Bottle has separate spray attachment and a nice soft cloth too. Although all instructions are in Chinese, the Internet advert explains all. Looking forward to trying this product very soon. Good seller.

    Had ordered this item for child’s party. Was given a delivery date at checkout. Was giving me plenty of time to receive order. Could not track order. Was told by seller it is a busy season and will be delayed. Then told by same seller that they could not complete order and blamed the postal service. Extremely disappointed in the company.

    Item did not arrived even after 12 days, seller's approach was negligent, nonchalant and ignorant. Still no refund still no response. Avoid this customer, do not buy anything from this seller as when things goes wrong he don't care.
