I ordered 20 100mm long socket outlet screws instead after 12 days I received 100 metal ball lock cable ties .I private messaged the company telling them that I wasn’t happy as I’d waited this length of time on delivery only to be given the wrong order. The reply I received was nothing short of deplorable with no measure of customer care whatsoever or an apology .Just vitriol. Buyer beware
