    Product arrived in terrible packaging and print head was dirty. Very poor quality. Didn't work in the printer so contacted the seller. After days backwards and forwards asking to send videos and reset the printer which wasn't the problem I said I was going to get ebay to intervene. Even after the item had been returned and received tracked they still asked me to send it back! Got a refund after 2 week. Avoid this seller at all costs. You won't get an answer to a problem. Poor value
