  I received this book along with a few others yesterday, 27 Jan, which was timely. However, this evening when I went to the beginning to read, I found that pages 1 - 16 was missing. The next 4 pages were very loose which explains probably why the first 16 pages were missing. I haven't talked to the seller for I feel sure that another one by this title and author is not available by them.
