    As described. Order placed and paid for on the 26th of August. EBay advised that the items were despatched by the seller on the 27th of August without tracking. EBay estimated delivery to be between the 29th of August and the 30th of August. An "Item not received case" was opened on 1st of September. Case closed by Customer Support and they refunded the order on the 7th of September. Replacements were received from the seller shortly afterwards.
