Thank you for sorting this out so quickly. I cancelled because I hadn't noticed that the item wasn't going to be delivered. I am in Norwich, and you are in Upminster. I could have driven down to get it but by the time I paid Ayatollah Khan for the privilege of driving into his capital city. and the fuel costs, there and back, plus a day off work it wasn't justifiable.

Not as described or matching the item photos (far worse condition), terrible packaging caused damage in shipping, returned for refund. Seller dragged out refund until the last possible day. Avoid.

The picture was a generic photo, we have many thousands of items in stock so cannot photograph every single item, the items dispatched were in good condition & fully usable. We accepted the return, received the goods back and issued the full refund as per Ebay terms & conditions. Unfortunately we do not sell new parts which I believe is what the customer required but at a second-hand price.

All ok. Had to repair electrical plug lug for unit before fitting but that's just me being finicky. Part given worked perfect other than that. Also date stamped to the original build which was perfect! No more jammed door! Will use again and recommend to other buyers.
